Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Akharaff, we maintain a transparent refund policy:

• Match Cancellation: If a match is canceled by the admin due to technical issues, low slots, or game server maintenance, your entry fee will be 100% refunded to your app wallet instantly.
• Player No-Show: If you join a match but fail to enter the custom room on time, NO refund will be issued.
• Disqualification: Players kicked for rule violations, hacking, or wrong IGN will not receive refunds.
• Deposits: Funds added to the Deposit Wallet cannot be transferred back to your bank. They must be used to join matches. Only winnings (Main Balance) can be withdrawn.
